how to return your package:

to begin the online return process, please click here and complete the following steps:

1. enter the email address that was used when placing your order

2. you will receive a 6-digit code via email. please enter this code to log into your customer account

3. once logged in, select the item you are returning and the reason for the return. please note exchanges are not available at this time.

4. print the provided shipping label. note: a $7.00 shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.

5. mail your package with the carrier listed on the provided shipping label.

do i need to return the product in its original packaging?:

in order for your return to be accepted, all items must have all tags attached and be in their original garment packaging. if possible, please ship your return in its original packaging (poly mailer or box). if you no longer have the original packaging, please ship your return in your own packaging or materials provided by your local carrier, as long as it is protected from damages during transit.
