shipping policy

domestic shipping information:

orders placed before 12pm EST (monday - friday) are processed within 2 to 3 business days from when the order was placed. all orders placed after 12pm EST will be treated as placed the following business day. for example, if you place an order at 12:30pm EST on friday, your order may not be processed until the following wednesday or thursday.

*please note that processing times may vary from 3-4 business days due to high volume during the holiday season*

please keep in mind that it can take 2-7 business days to receive your order from the date it was shipped; not the date the order was placed.  

you will receive a shipping notification email that will notify you that your order has been shipped. we do not refund outgoing shipping. our orders are shipped using the following carriers, subject to the delivery locations laid out below:

 

if you are within the Continental US:

UPS Ground: ground delivery service within 2-7 business days. includes tracking. 

if you are in Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico:

USPS Priority Mail: delivery service within 2-4 business days. includes tracking.

  • all orders over $250 USD qualify for free shipping. please note this does not apply for returns.
  • all orders made within Hoboken, NJ qualify for free shipping. please note this does not apply for returns. before selecting our local delivery option, please read the following terms and conditions:
    • a phone number is required in your initial order. if a phone number is not provided, you will not qualify for local delivery and your order will be canceled.
    • you will receive a text when your delivery is ready with the date and estimated time you will receive your delivery. if the timing does not work for you, please let us know as soon as possible.
    • you must be physically present to accept your delivery. if you are not present, then the delivery will be unfulfilled and you will receive a text stating delivery attempt failed.
    • if you cannot meet these requirements, please select a different delivery option so we can provide you with the best experience possible :)

due to the small business nature of our company, we are not accepting orders that require international shipping. we are super excited and hope to be able to offer international shipping in the very near future! we appreciate your patience and understanding at this time.
