we accept returns within 7 days of when your order was delivered. please read the following restrictions:
- to qualify for a full refund, your return must be initiated within 7 days of the delivery date. return attempts after the 7-day period will not be accepted.
- the return package must be delivered to our warehouse within 7 days of when the prepaid return label was received. if the return package is not received within the 7-day period, the return will not be accepted and will become null and void.
- items must have all tags attached and be in their original packaging.
- items must not be worn, altered, washed, and they must be free of any makeup, stains, spray tan residue, pet hair or debris.
- returns that do not meet the above criteria, will be returned to the customer via a pre-paid return label provided by the customer and a refund will not be initiated.
- somewear in between reserves the right to refuse returns that show signs of wear, are missing tags, or do not meet the above criteria.
- we do not refund outgoing shipping.
- all sale items marked as final sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
how to return your package:
- if you are within the return window, you may start your return by logging into your customer account.
- you will need the email address used to place your order to log into your customer account.
- to login to your account, click here. please note that it may take up to 1 business day for your return to be confirmed in our system.
- please do not return items without completing a return request through your customer account.
- when shipping a return back, please include your order receipt with the item/items.
- we do not offer free returns at this time. please note that a $7.00 return shipping fee will be deducted from your refund amount.
refund and processing times:
once your return package arrives in our warehouse, you will receive an email. please allow up to 14 business days once your return has been marked delivered, for your return to be processed, inspected, and refunded. refunds can take 2-3 business days to reflect on your original form of payment. this varies based on your financial institution. we do not refund outgoing shipping charges.
due to high turnover of stock, we do not offer exchanges at this time. if you have purchased an item, but want a different size or color, we recommend submitting a return request for your original item and re-purchasing the item for the desired size and/or color.
due to our limited quantities, we cannot guarantee that the item you want will still be available by the time your return is processed. therefore, if you think an item may sell out, we recommend your re-purchase the item before returning your original order.
